Feelings

Aside from feeling very tired sometimes, I really like the sense of togetherness and belonging that I seem to be getting while pregnant. It's a wonderful experience and I feel like it's important to take care of myself and health to help insure that everything is ok.

Yes… its critical that you take time to look after your wellbeing ! If you’re calm and stress free, your baby will be easy going and content.
    .
My firstborn/ son was exactly like that, calm and content. However, I discovered the father of my children was lying and cheating on me during the last trimester into the pregnancy of my second child/ daughter.
    .
Unfortunately, she was not calm and content as I was extremely stressed leading up to the birthing process.
    .
If you can master the art of deep breath meditation, it’ll help you during delivery. I birthed my son without any clinical intervention and pain killers. It was a beautiful experience. The second child ran into complications and ended up being a c – section delivery.
    .
You’ll be fine if you invest into your well being, and rest within your inner calm…

Thank you so much for your advice. I completely agree with you and am sorry to hear about your husband. The meditation practice that I do in yoga does seem to really help me relax, especially since pregnant women normally experience muscle soreness, tiredness, cramps, and other hormonal changes even if everything is progressing well in their pregnancy. I will do my best to learn how to breath well during delivery too. My husband, who is attentive and affectionate towards me and very supportive of my pregnancy and delivery in general, and I are taking birthing classes together where we will extensively practice proper breathing exercises to perform during labor. We have also participated and attended many other first time parent classes already including infant safety and breast feeding and have more to come. We are both doing everything we can to ensure that we are as prepared as possible and I believe that my husband is very sweet and reliable. My only concern about him sometimes is that he could stretch himself too thin and not get enough sleep. However, I will still take your advice and do my best to take care of my health, including improving my ability to relax, for everyone’s sake. Thanks again.

I’m so happy for you both, and I’m sure you’ll be fine. You’ll get a little tired and heavy during the last 6 weeks or so. Just. Don’t feel guilty about taking time out if you need to rest.

Oh. It was a bound to happen as he was a sex addict. No need to apologise as that was over a decade now. Life goes on. People grow and change.

Yea, I am happy you were strong enough to endure such a thing. You are an amazing person. Addictions are something that I’ve heard a lot about, but never experienced, not even for caffeine. I would still think that it would be awful to have to be married to someone who has an addiction like that. I mean, I think my husband is very handsome and hot, but would be very unhappy if either one of us were sex addicts or weren’t both very well educated in human sexuality through study of the field of psychology and from our own experiences of having been exclusively together for almost 17 years now. I am happy that you seem to be doing better and I am glad that you were still able to have 2 healthy children. Thank you for sharing your experiences with me.

I perfectly know the feeling of pregnancy and i believe that it’s the most wonderful journey of a woman’s life. She can forget everything but she can’t forget her pregnancy journey ever and the http://www.rushessays.net is a very helpful website on the internet. A mother feels amazing when she feels her child in her womb.
